Elder William W.
Parmerley, Bishop, Stake President, Area Authority Seventy,
Gospel Doctrine Teacher,
he served in the
Second
Quorum of the Seventy 2003-2009.
For
nearly 30 years, Elder Parmley served as chief of cardiology at the
University of California San Francisco School of Medicine where he
lectured internationally and served as editor and chief of the Journal
of American College of Cardiology, the most widely read cardiology
journal in the world. |

Bishop Dean M. Davies was sustained as Second Counselor in the Presiding
Bishopric of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on March
31, 2012. Bishop Davies has served the Church as a mission
president, mission president’s counselor, stake president, stake
president’s counselor, stake executive secretary, high councilor, in
several bishoprics, and as a full-time missionary in the
Uruguay/Paraguay Mission. |

Elder Larry Y. Wilson was sustained a member of the Second Quorum of the
Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on April 2,
2011, at age 61. He is now serving at Church headquarters in the Temple
Department and previously served in Hong Kong, China, as a member of the
Asia Area Presidency. |
